      Pros

      Good Company to start with in the infusion industry. PTO is decent, pay is decent. Yearly reviews for merit increases.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok, health insurance is not cheap and does have high deductibles. Management wants team involved but they do have ridiculous goals I think. Always pushing for more money , work harder ,push push push. This is not motivating talk for me and gets old quick.
