      This is a hedge fund company looking to work staff to the bone and then sell

      Pros

      The staff that work there are for the most part very hard working and nice people. The pay was good.

      Cons

      The senior management doesn't care or support employees at the clinic level. They just want to see profits look better so they keep cutting staff and not investing in the company. We literally did not have hot water in the kitchen because there was no money to spend or invest in the site. They fire people without thought or motive other than to make it look like we are making more money. So sad.

      Terrible Middle Management

      Pros

      Company is experiencing lots of growth and the employees are generally very welcoming and nice.

      Cons

      Middle management is unreasonable and will cut you if you make one minor mistake, even if you've had no prior incidences and have had a good track record. My ex-supervisor from this company is one of the most cold-hearted people I've ever met. Seriously, if you're a contracted employee, do not get too comfortable with your supervisors until your contract period is up.
