Company switched from patient focus to money focus. Benefits aren't great and there is little to no training on job duties.

Where do I begin? First, beware any positive reviews are done by current employees that have been given incentives to complete one on here because of their poor reputation. This company cares not one iota for employees. It is 150% about profit and they will do absolutely everything for it even at the cost of customer service and quality which they claim is what drives their business. I know this from living the day to day drill. They do not hear the cries of the employees who are required to do the jobs of 2-3 positions without ever a plan to add positions. They actually do the opposite by cutting positions, attempting to centralize (which fails every time) and letting go excellent clinical help. Make no mistake, if you are hired at this company, don't expect a long tenure. It's musical chairs at every angle. Another cost cutting measure. Management is non-compassionate and spiteful. BEWARE!
