      Pros

      There were some very friendly and dedicated NCCs on this company roster. Found dieticians to always be quite helpful, and patients were very sweet and kind.

      Cons

      It was very evident that the bottom line is you meet your number of patient contacts for the day and that was that. Not much regard to the behind the scenes management of delivery and shortage nightmares that one is related to work through which can suck up a ton of time.
