      They had fun parties and nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Management needs work, training needs to be proved more than just throwing them on a computer and watching someone else do the job. They need to all be on the same page as far as what contacts to go by and what not.

      Good work culture, some overtime but management can be flexible with adjusting time.

      Cons

      Upper management may not at times be clear as to what they would like to see or what their vision is for a project or task. You may have to work on the fly or adjust accordingly.
