Hmmmm..... The pay was okay and I was employed.

Cons

Micromanage.... lure people into positions and then change the job description completely. Demanding of your personal time (want you to be available exclusively to them 12 hours per day) Complete disconnect between field staff and office. Management.... my cat could manage an office more efficiently. Always holding meetings.... to discuss meetings about meetings. Complete lunacy.... best thing I ever did was leave. This company is a joke.

Flexibility. Management is really relaxed about attendance and hours. Plenty of work. You never run out of things to do even.

Cons

Dull work. People tend to get burned out pretty quick. It has nothing to do with management just the work gets boring.
