Although the style of the Director is one that expects for his people to know his expectations the management under him know very little about what they want. They micromanage and are never quite satisfied with your accomplishments. They are always concerned about what you have not done. They distrust their employees to the point that they need to be involved with the circulation of a birthday card.

Paperwork is misfiled, mismanaged, disorganized. Prepare to be submitting paperwork multiple times months after it's completed. No respect for nursing, no respect for familial commitments or personal time. Nothing with this company is proactive, it's reactive. Allow 30 minutes of time to coordinate next day schedule, call every patient, organize lab specimen collection, submit documentation, check emails and complete online Daily Activity Report. They question every minute you spend / no trust of employees.
