      If you want to work by yourself without any supervision.

      Poor management, not enough training, bad communication between departments which causes a lot of extra work, and heavy work load which does not get done.

      Pros

      Changes have been made with some of the management, finally.. New structure is better, my new manager is more compassionate for our needs. Good benefits, 401K , paid time off, but kind of strict when you can take time off.

      Cons

      Attendance policy can be stressful. I would love to see some changes with this.
