Pros

Hmmmm..... The pay was okay and I was employed.

Cons

Micromanage.... lure people into positions and then change the job description completely. Demanding of your personal time (want you to be available exclusively to them 12 hours per day) Complete disconnect between field staff and office. Management.... my cat could manage an office more efficiently. Always holding meetings.... to discuss meetings about meetings. Complete lunacy.... best thing I ever did was leave. This company is a joke.

Pros

It used to be a great company when owned entirely by Walgreens but changed drastically when purchased by an quirky group out of Chicago.

Cons

Management is dishonest and unethical. I have worked in healthcare for 20 years and this company is by far the most disappointing. There is an overall lack of integrity that extends up to the C Suite.

Pros

Co-workers are very helpful to each other.

Cons

Employees are not paid equally and fairly. Fire employees on hear say and don't follow up with the employee, then fire unjustly with a letter delivered by FedEx.
