      OptionCare provides resources to educate staff to exceed current required guidelines. From my experiences, I feel the company operates ethically and is patient focused. We continually have open technicians positions to be adequately staffed. Job security.

      The growth in acute therapies has created staffing challenges and large work loads.

      No weekends and overtime opportunities available.

      Cons

      Minimal training from trainers that do not know how to do the job. Poor management and revolving door. Constantly changing staff from lower level up to Manager. If you need a job let this be a temporary one not long term.
