Pros

patients are mostly really nice and appreciative of their nurses

Cons

NO TRAINING WHATSOEVER, THROWN TO THE WOLVES, cannot speak up or they throw it back in your face, lazy asisstant manager, hours taken away to give to per diems, no guarantee of hours, boss is nasty, assistant manager can always be found where the free food is, no organization, send nurse to wrong address, no supplies at patients' homes, no report, really bad benefits

Pros

I liked my job I really did. It seemed everyone was engaged. I liked the fact that team work drove the company.

Cons

It's not that way anymore. There are no more incentives and apparently it's OK to be bullied and harassed at the workplace. Don't try to take it to management because they condone it.

Pros

decent pay maybe, not much else to say about this company

Cons

Training was provided and was only given a short time to learn. Constant harassment from inept managers who are not qualified to do their jobs. My last name was misspelled and they refused to fix it. Given promises by managers but their follow through is bad..They do not care about the employees
