Toxic and choatic environment. They don't really value there employees. There actions do not support there word. Also, the annual survey is a joke. Employees would put time and energy into honest feedback, and if the uppers didn't like it, those employees where black balled out of a job.

As with any other healthcare institution, always trying to undercut pay and hours worked as well as bringing in poor management regularly which is always the kiss of death for an office.
