Better pay than most avenues for pharmacy technicians. Consistent schedules. Decent benefits and occasional bonuses. Overtime is approved for closing teams.
Cons
Expected overtime. Fatigue which can lead to worsening neck/back/shoulder pain due to poor posture as well as increase in stress. Poor morale due to many factors such as poor communication, overloading of work, and unappreciated efforts. Work cliques that love to gossip and attitudes that make the place toxic.
