Pros

Enjoy assisting patients with home infusion

Cons

Employment values changed from assistance to get patients home successfully to number of patients sending home. It changed to my value is only in growth of the patient population-marketing

Pros

- Bonus eligibility based on performance. - Good new hire training. - Remote work - Good leadership at team level.

Cons

Some of the directives given by upper management don't actually streamline the process. It feels like they are too far away from being a biller or collector to know what would actually be helpful and more efficient.

Pros

I liked most of the people I worked with in all departments. Pay is very good as are the benefits. The company has great potential.

Cons

Very controlling of time. We must be compounding at all times. Get reprimands for taking a break other than lunch (even though we are entitled to two 15-minute breaks and are otherwise isolated in a clean room). Asked/Demanded to stay late every day. Sometimes the only choices are to stay late and finish the work or leave and be emotionally blackmailed about patient care. There were times when I never saw my kids all week. Working for this company was truly a nightmare. They only staff the minimum to keep the site running. If anyone takes a day off (scheduled or not) it puts everyone else in a bind as they have to pick up the slack (it's not so bad for other positions which can get help remotely but for those who have to work on-site, it's awful). They refuse to let anyone have any time off if someone else in the same department is already off, even for emergencies, due to the minimal staffing.
