      The people that work here are great, management needs help.

      Cons

      The pay is not enough for the work that is being provided. This company takes advantage of nice people and they don’t pay a living wage nor do they pay for the amount for work you do! Managers are sleezy. This job is not worth the stress and the feeling of being drained everyday. So sad they don’t appreciate their amazing staff. Staff often goes with out taking a lunch just to be able to leave on time.

      Pros

      Option Care Health is doing many things to stay competitive in the IV Pharmacy market but the changes seem never-ending. Benefits offered match those of other companies. eligible for a raise every year based on performance.

      Cons

      A big focus is cost containment but not enough focus on clinical excellence and workflow management. Staffing models change monthly and depending on revenue--you can be fully staffed one month then overstaffed the next and I have had to let employees go because of this. Their answer to cutting overtime is changing shift times daily which makes scheduling unpredictable and confusing. Option Care Health does not have QA positions for the cleanrooms

      Pros

      Option Care Health is a good company to work for. The company genuinely cares about patient care and doing it the right way. Direct leaders listen to daily/weekly challenges to provide you with the resources in order to be successful.

      Cons

      Due to the corporate environment, lots of red-tape is followed in order for decisions to be made. Lots of decisions could be made (and be made quicker, more efficiently) if local leaders were given the authority.
