Pros
Mostly up to date tech stack, everyone is technically proficient (including management, all the way to the top), unlimited space to grow professionally. Well located office, free snacks/drinks/coffee. Pay/benefits are good as well. The COO takes very good care of his people - particularly accommodating, and is personally vested in the wellbeing of the staff.
Cons
Small company, so the usual issues that tend to go with that - everyone wears multiple hats.
