      Pros

      The company is well-funded and pushing for growth. Lots of opportunities to work on interesting problems in the FinTech space. Recently bought by PE firm and the company culture is changing rapidly for the better.

      The company is small and can be beholden to the influence of a small number of people

      Decent pay and benefits, flexible hours, variety of technologies used

      Cons

      Terrible management and disorganization. Company splits focus on too many projects and struggles to complete them. Lack of basic fundamental practices and procedures.
