Pros

Remote work. Autonomy. Direct manager was good.

Cons

No commitment to processes. Priorities are changed hourly. Once a direction is decided, it will change often. The feeling you are always in the dark. Bait and switch is alive and well.

Remote work is great. They provide a great set-up with everything needed plus some. Competitive Salary and great PTO/Personal/Sick time

Cons

Communication between departments is horrible as well as communication from the top, down.
