You need to be a self-starter to really succeed here. All of the materials are at your disposal to do so, and you will need to utilize them. This isn't a 'con', however more of a caution for those looking for an easy paycheck, or for those thinking success at any company should come without effort - If you work hard, and are self sufficient with your onboarding, then you will do great.

Alot of Mangement is rude- military style Techs are often not treated fairly or respectfully Hard to get promoted Get forced moved alot Reorgs and change in management happen often Pay is not good Raises are not good Health insurance benifets are not good Training is rare Just do it and figure it out mentally with no training or support Very high turn over
