      Understaffed, overworked, not collaborative culture. Everyone is so busy they can only look out for themselves which does not lead to happy employees or happy customers

      Important and fun work: unsupportive management

      There was a lot of technical opportunity. Fun work. Great customers! Benefits and PTO were generous.

      Cons

      The work was challenging and interesting, yet compared to past experiences, there were a number of relatively unskilled people in middle and senior management. They were either unable or unwilling to adequately facilitate or staff team. Long long hours with essentially uncoordinated staff and marginal compensation. But that's one reason people switch jobs.
