      Pros

      Great company to work for and a lot of learning opportunities. I worked at a Big 4 in cyber security consulting prior to joining Optiv and I have to say that Optiv has just as much if not more learning opportunities. Learning opportunity does mean that you will be working and taking responsibility more. Which may be challenging day to day but when looking back, it's a great career growth.

      Cons

      A lot of work, but I believe all consulting companies have long hours. Currently building out some internal processes and structures (administrative things).

      Everything had to be done by the book. No "independent" thought allowed.
