      Pros

      Management listens to employees, our team has had multiple ideas put into production that originated from team members. This leads to a very nice structure to where you feel as though you can contribute to the company.

      Cons

      Insurance is good but a touch on the expensive side. Other than that, I have no complaints about working at Optiv so far.

      Pros

      I've been here only a short time but I can honestly say this is a great place to work. Granted, things have been hectic with the merger but everyone seems to be able to work together to get things accomplished. Management has been great. Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. I actually enjoy coming to work.

      Cons

      I can't thing of one bad thing or even a not so nice thing to say about this company.

      The company has some amazing people working for them. These people make the company easy to work for and hard to leave.

      Cons

      Long hours and full dedication to the company is the cultural norm. The salaries are below average and burn out is everywhere.
