      Pros

      Amazing work lift balance, very healthy culture. They are invested in your success and give you room to grow. Management is very open to feedback and there’s a clear plan and path forward when you look at the future of the org.

      Cons

      Still growing and changing from an MSSP to a services company. Making great strides, it’s just a matter of time, but change is difficult and sometimes you run into old culture and pre-existing roadblocks internally.
