Optiv employees are intelligent, hard working, and make miracles out of the resources they have.

Cons

The pay is low for the industry and the staff is overworked/understaffed. The company has spent the last several years trying to pivot from a product sales org to a service sales org and the transition has been rough (lots of turnover in high positions). It often feels like the staff is operating on a shoestring budget with a skeleton crew.
