Optiv is a company with a beautiful Denver location and the people are generally open and friendly. It’s flexible for work/life balance and they promote from within. New ideas are met with openness.

Cons

As a company, Optiv is experiencing growing pains and they don’t seem to know who they are. VAR? Services provider? The lack of strong, singular vision makes things challenging.
