      Optiv has a very bright future with plenty of opportunities to choose from while this company keeps growing. No micro-managing.

      No formal training. A lot of departments and titles can be confusing,

      The company is constantly growing. They look to grow their employees careers. I could not ask for a better culture to be apart of.

      It's hard to say anything bad. They actively work to resolve employee concerns

      Optiv is a good place to work. The company has the financial backing to grow and has been performing well.

      Optiv was created in 2015 by merging two small companies. The company is still experiencing growing pains as a result of the merger.
