The new cViso's are clueless. They spend more time bullying and passing the buck than getting content fixed and training their resources. Prone to eliminate talent based on personal feelings instead of performance.

As consultants, a good portion of income comes from utilization bonuses. These bonuses at Optiv were paid quarterly and is what made life on the road away from family worth it. At the end of the first quarter of the year, just about when we were to get paid, management send out a new “bonus policy” basically slashing these bonuses to nothing. Had this been done at the beginning of the quarter it wouldn’t have made me so mad, but waiting until we all worked our butts off expecting the bonus we agreed to is just plain wrong. Once the new policy went into effect, the scheduling of engagements changed to get you to miss the bonus altogether. This truly shows that KKR only cares about their own bottom line and not about their employees. They stole nearly $10k from me in the first quarter alone.
