- Great team to work with - Plenty of education resources - Certification/Education reimbursement program

Cons

- Lots of "growing pains" following the merger/re-branding that drove a lot of the experienced managers out of the company - Internal communication issues

Pros

Amazing team of bright and talented people with tremendous experience. Special nod to the Office of the CISO team whom are very generous with their time and expertise. My clients love our rep.

Cons

Disorganization, not employee focused, no opportunities for growth...drowning in nepotism. Compensation is not established until the middle of the year and pay parity is a problem.

Pros

Working remote and in a growing industry.

Cons

Poor on boarding and support system in place. Lack of coordination and leadership. Leadership lack insight into what is happening in the field and quick to react. Maturity is need at the highest level.
