Pros

Easy interview process, great to people trying to break into the cybersecurity industry. There were some genuinely great consultants working there.

Cons

They make you sign a non-compete as part of their employment offer and will send their team of full-time lawyers to check up on you well after you quit. Expect to get a very threatening letter from their legal team if you decide to stay in the cyber security field. I live in a state where non-competes are prohibited, but that didn't stop them from contacting me and others I've spoken with.

There is a nice balance between home and work. I have the freedom to be a parent and have a thriving career

Cons

There are some growing pains that occur but no more or less than anywhere else I have worked so nothing I would write home about.
