used to be a good place to work management used to be human beings with integrity

Cons

when they lay you off, they don't tell your immediate manager. It was left to me to inform my boss that i didn't work there anymore. execs keep passing their failures onto non-decision makers and letting them go.

No micromanagement. Work/Life balance is great. Autonomy.

Cons

They figure out a way to make sure you don't make much YoY and it seems to be getting worse with Lynch getting rid of the old guard and bringing in his cronies... I believe it's time to leave as this place no longer even remotely resembles the company I signed on with a decade ago.
