      Pros

      Big fan of the job / company itself. We are positioned well in the market and have a solid story to tell our customers. I feel the overall impression with our customers is a positive one which helps to make a sale happen. Great work life balance and awesome opportunity to build your "personal brand".

      Cons

      Only reason I took away from being 5 stars is simple... The health benefits and the cost associated with them is hefty. Close to double the cost of my last two company's for less (sub par) coverage. The other complaint is the comp plan is heavily incentivized on you getting to your number. From 0-50% of your quota you won't make much which stings.

      Great salary and bonuses* (I heard that the bonus structured changed after I left so I would investigate what it is before accepting a job) Good benefits package Remote work when possible Partner training on other technologies outside of your main expertise No sales for engineers
