Pay is horrible compared to market. No clear paths for career growth Sexism is rampant. It’s a good ol’ boys club. Too many males in leadership who have inappropriate situations with direct reports - then remain at the company in leadership roles. The company is lead by the sales team. Instead of big picture what is good for the company, decisions are made by what’s best for the sales team at that time. Each and every time they hire very bad HR, who doenot know how to work as an HR and how to deal with people. In every situation they become very rude. I left to speak with HR because its waste to communicate with her. The last HR was far better than this HR. Salary is very less No proper hike or bonus. People come and go, no stability.
