Good Work Cult, Good Salary, Paymaster. Optiv is a growing company and there are ample opportunities to learn.

Cons

This company has sort of flat hierarchy. Flat hierarchy works well in other countries but not India. Here people want designations like Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Manager etc. Please introduce more hierarchy in India.
