Theoretically their business model of 6 secuirty domains is great, they can't execute. They under pay and are under resourced ranging from folks in contracts to legal to PreSales Consultants

Cons

Their legal team is beyond unprofessional. Their contracts team will send Statements of Work out the door to customers with the most obvious grammar or formatting errors

Pros

Work from home, and love working with your Account Managers. assist them in problem solving and analyzing pricing to help maximize margin. GREAT work like balance. Unlimited PTO (recharge) I hardly ever use it because working from home is nice.. but when emergencies come up. sick kids, power goes out, etc. its usually NEVER a problem.

Cons

Benefits aren't great.. but they aren't bad- I hear people complain about pay, for the position I think it is compensated wrong, but across the industry I think its under paid.
