The environment is friendly and the people working there are great both professionally and personally. The company realised it has lots of technical debt and it's investing heavily in reducing it. It's trying to become a world class software development firm.

Cons

For most of the lifetime of the company getting things done in an hacky was has been acceptable. This shows into the state of the codebase, which could be less than pleasant to work with

Teamwork. Company ethics. Work with people from diverse backgrounds from all over the world. Inter-office communications. Great perks. Accessibility of management.

Cons

Sometimes they will keep poor performing people around a little too long before firing them. Also it can take an excessive amount of work to get everyone required to sign off on a new idea.
