Pros

- Some of the intellectually smartest people you will likely ever work with - Exceptional rem, benefits and perks - Plenty or autonomy and opportunity - Company is doing insanely well financially and continues to grow locally and globally

Cons

- Opportunity to balance its strong preference for highly democratic decision making with some bold calls from time to time. - Opportunity to invest in more external hires. Common sense not always common. - Exceptional rem and benefits tends to breed entitlement, especially amongst those that have never worked outside the firm or industry. Can seem detached from the reality of the rest of the world and other businesses. Lockdowns and renovations during forcing WFH whilst big push for growth has eroded some of the culture. - Mixed track record of dealing with poor behaviours

Pros

Fun. Amazing growth through the training programme and through the role. The list of perks is too long, but key ones are all the meals, coffee, snacks, gym, large discounts at supermarkets and other shopping. Inclusive environment, no sense of superiority by anybody. Good relationships all around.

Cons

Stressful. Tiring. High hours. Mental health may be adversely impacted based on the individual, but not due to the company or the people, but the nature of working in a stressful role where performance is important to the longterm success of the company.
