Not many, really.
- At least right now, it feels like there is not enough people to accomplish all the things we have plans for. While plans are being scaled back, and we are hiring aggressively, it still feels that we are stretched somewhat thin and need more working hands.
- With recent restructuring, a few things are still up in the air as to who owns them and whose responsibility it is. Until those are hashed out completely, it takes time and effort for non-related people to have to switch their attention to address any issues with those.
