      All the people are excellent - smart, reliable, great attitudes. The work is hard, diverse and you can go deep and/or wide. You have a very high impact on the organisation as a whole. Great feedback culture drives continual improvement across every part of our business The food is something else!

      Cons

      Not very good at international collaboration - we're just not used to doing it so don't do it well.
