      Pros

      International environment, very vibrant. The trading floor is pure energy and you will never find yourself bored.

      Cons

      Dutch professionals are clearly taken in a different consideration: easier for them to get promoted and/or getting a specific role. In the 4 years I spent there the company started a sort of "nationalisation" process.

      casual cool work environment. sick amount of bonus when the market is going well.

      Cons

      oil scandal is pretty embarrassing.
