      Great company. Almost like a start-up in its culture. Exciting work if you like to trade or want to be at the forefront of tech and finance.

      Cons

      Sometimes you feel as if your skill deserve more pay. Salaries can be largely based on how the firm does which can be looked as a pro too.

      Every day I come into the office excited to trade with my team and face any new challenges. Our systems are constantly evolving to stay ahead of the pack and being part of this process is a thrill

      As the office is getting bigger its harder to get to know everyone but that's going to happen to any company that grows like Optiver!
