      Remuneration slashed through the years as the progression through bonus tiers has slowed by over 50%; management is clearly trying to keep the majority of the profits made

      People who have big egos and personal agendas, always have an opinion about everything and are subtly fighting to keep their backs safe. Bad apples. People who are not passionate about the company, do the minimum work and they don’t are not fired because Optiver is afraid to fire them and is waiting for them to leave.
