      Benefits Pay The overall feel is that you are well taken care of. Also the colleagues are incredibly bright.

      Cons

      Start up feel Probably could do more to reduce the start up feel although the new office has gone a long way to doing that.

      They use technology for the sake of needs, they won't use it for fun. Again, they need reliability and speed.

      - Some of the intellectually smartest people you will likely ever work with - Exceptional rem, benefits and perks - Plenty or autonomy and opportunity - Company is doing insanely well financially and continues to grow locally and globally

      Cons

      - Opportunity to balance its strong preference for highly democratic decision making with some bold calls from time to time. - Opportunity to invest in more external hires. Common sense not always common. - Exceptional rem and benefits tends to breed entitlement, especially amongst those that have never worked outside the firm or industry. Can seem detached from the reality of the rest of the world and other businesses. Lockdowns and renovations during forcing WFH whilst big push for growth has eroded some of the culture. - Mixed track record of dealing with poor behaviours
