      Pros

      I worked for this company 25 days short of 2 years, and for the most part I loved my job. I was not micro-managed, and my customers were awesome! I was able to balance my days spending time in the office, as well as spending time working outside on the property.

      Cons

      There was almost no contact between upper management and individual locations. The only goals that were set were financial, for the store, with no growth potential for the employee. I was told on numerous occasions that there were new positions that were going to open up in our area that would have offered potential growth for me, but the positions never opened up, and instead I was used by my area manager to do their job.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. After evaluating the benefits and compensation packages and comparing them to our competitors in the area, we determined that we needed to adjust these plans to make sure we are providing our employees with a fair wage and quality benefits. Our current package is above average for the industry and we are seeing results in keeping our talented staff.

      Can get very physical. Did not have all the tools needed to do job.

      Feel Appreciated, Good Schedule - Work is What You Make It

      Pros

      Good ethics expected and backed-up by manager. Appreciative of talent. Perfect for someone well-organized and a self-starter once training is complete.

      Cons

      Experiencing some attrition as self-motivated & compliance-driven hires can be hard to come-by; not a fault of the company, just the nature of hiring. Setting boundaries with tenants is necessary to be successful - again, not so much a con, but those interested in this work need to understand that this will be necessary.
