Pros
Some of the projects are really interesting and challenging.
Cons
Project management is really poor and it was usual that nobody knew what to do and when to do it. Also there was too much time between projects with nothing meaningful to do. Personel of the projects changed with no clear reason and you could start the project but then be removed from it after couple of weeks to sit on the bench with nothing to do.
