Pros
HR department is very supportive and transparent On shore team is very supportive if you are good at your skill set. Not much pros for optum (Ogs) 360 review, you can give review for your manager vice versa.
Cons
- Optum is service based company and is selling its name under UHG which is good one but you will work for optum( follow service based work culture) - Your work culture is totally depends on your manager. - Optum management follows micromanagement and it's is full of politics, they are not interested in work but vey fond of talking about the work. - Manager used to create his own policies thanks tho HR department which it very strict if you report them. - Offers less salary comparing market standards for particular skill set. - Your growth totally depend on your relationship with your manager not your skill set, even if you are very good at your skill set but had a bad relationship with your manager you will not grow in any possible way they will show you policies on the other hand with good relationship you can get 4 promotions in for year no policies for them.
