The Technology Development Program was great, but really the team you land on decides your experience and your pay.

Cons

My team only adjusted for market value and considered that a promotion so no raise for 2 years in a row, since they were underpaying me for 2 years. The year where I left, I only received 1k bonus despite that year us having a production deployment and releasing a successful new product while all of upper management received promotions.
