Pros

Here you need to work in a team manner like if your team is assigned with a work then you need to work on that part only, no need to pay any attention on any other work.

Cons

1-> doesn't matter how much efforts you give ( like working out of your time, work on weekends, fixing any bug or issue before time), they don't care at the time of increment. They will simply say it was expected. 2-> in optum shift is the major issue like they will never tell your exact shift timings and they will say that they are flexible and some rubbish things and you have to work like from morning 11 am to 11pm evening. This will also not considered at the time of increment. Even if they will provide you shift allowance then it'll be for 15 days only in a month. 3-> personal life will be destroyed due to the shift. 4-> from your pay / ctc a certain amount will be deducted in form of RRP (variable pay).
