Facilities are good in Optum, Cab facilities are available and incentives plan also there, and mostly every week we will do OT(over time) so we will get extra on every month. over all rating 4 out of 5

Cons

Work Pressure is there, Some teams will have more work in this organization, Leaves calendar is some what not better

Nice helpful team that was amazing to work with.

Cons

The team lead was Indian, he was more responsive if an Indian collegue asked for help. sometimes I would have to wait for 2 weeks for him to respond to me which is absurd.
