Pros

- Great leaders. Work culture is very good - Exposure to new technologies.

Cons

- Different salary brackets for different tier colleges. - No scope for changing projects, before 12 months. Even after clearing the interviews, your role might take complete u-turn. I have scene fellows aligned to QA and CRM technologies after clearing so many rounds of DSA - Conventional MNC with not so flat hierarchy and not so tech-savvy culture. - Relatively slow growth in terms of appraisals
