      Good company to join for long term

      Pros

      - There is no concept of working hours in office - 10 days WFO is mandatary ( no time constraints - you can stay 5 min or 8 hrs) but you need to swipe your card for 10 days. - Product based company so less pressure on employees. - Most project's working on latest technologies

      Cons

      - CTC is not fixed (Fixed+variable is there). - Most of the time you will get 30%-100% of variable. - Salary is less in comparison of other companies. - Politics is also there but it is less in comparison of other companies.

      - Remote - Good work life balance

      Cons

      Raises are a joke, great performance review with a 2% merit & no bonus Once my company got acquired, our unlimited PTO got dropped and they didn't even give us any PTO hours to start with. we had to start building from scratch i still like the original company, team and product that im with that got acquired, but since being with Optum things have gone down hill. Raises were better before Optum, and i felt more secure about job growth.
